They're like twins!

Two weeks at home with two boys!

The boys have seen lots of friends lately. They had a visit from uncle Russell last Saturday, I always have fun catching up with him. Jim thinks that we are actually twins separated at birth.

Erica came over with lunch last week and got to see the boys for a while. She passed the 'who's who' test without any help.

Crystal came over for lunch yesterday and got to help feed cranky Nathan. She was so sweet with the boys. I can't wait to see Ava with them!

We packed up two tons of baby gear and brought the boys over to Janet and Brian's house on Sunday. The plan was to let the babies sleep in their pack n play and hang out in the pool with the monitors, but Dad didn't want to leave them alone! He spent the whole 2 hours inside with Brian and let me and Janet have the pool to ourselves. My two favorite comments were from their daughter, Mia- they were both in their frog outfits and Mia said "Mom, they like frogs." and "they're like twins!" It was nice to get out of the house and it was good practice getting all their stuff together to leave!

Alex had a surgery follow up visit this week. Everything looks good and he is over 8 pounds now! We have a doctors appointment tomorrow for vaccinations- I can't wait to see their weights!

Our little guys have been sleeping really well and stay asleep until we wake them for bottles. Both boys are taking 100 ml every 4 hours now! They're usually pretty excited about eating now. They stay awake for longer now and like playing more. They will lay on their play mat and swat at the hanging toys. They also lift their heads up a lot now! Getting to be big boys already.
