Just when we get it down it changes.

"You don't choose your family. They are God's gift to you, as you are to them."
-- Desmond Tutu

These little boys have changed so much this month!
Lot's of changes over the past two weeks. Jim was in Florida for work and I took a week of vacation to stay with the boys. We had a great time and we got out of the house every day. Because we missed Daddy so much we started saying Dada! They will both say it but Nathan would say it over and over. So cute. I called Jim and
snuck up on Nate so that he
could hear him.
I swear that Alex has been saying Mama lately. They are starting to register the word
No and they will both respond to their names. We read to them more now too.

We moved the boys into big car seats, their Christmas presents from my parents, this week. They were much needed and much appreciated! We had feet hanging over the edge and were at the weight limit. I can't wait
for them to be able to face forward in just a few months and the new seats are great. The peg perego infant carriers snapped into the stroller so now we are using the stroller seats for the first time. We used to take their car seats into restaurants and use the slings but we started using the restaurant big boy high chairs last weekend. We were apprehensive but they LOVED looking around and sat up great the whole time. This is a pic from Jim's iphone at freebirds enjoying the view. We are also trying the chunky stage 3 baby foods and table food now!

Alex still does not have teeth in but he does have about 4 bumps where REALLY SLOW teeth are coming in. Nate just popped half a tooth up over night. The boys have been sleeping better than ever from 8:30pm to 7:30am, unswaddled too! Working towards walking and crawling, we'll see which they prefer soon...
